The owners lived in London and purchased this as an investment for their two daughters. I was their agent for this purchase. When the daughters moved from the area, I listed the property for sale. The sellers were not in Los Angeles for the sale or escrow, and I  stayed in close communication throughout. Mold was discovered by the new buyer during their inspection. I oversaw and managed the mold remediation and worked with the HOA during the process.
